使用须知

了解 Feedy 在数据库参考、本批净能、采购价值和成本试算中的适用范围。

1. 使用定位

Feedy 是猪饲料原料快速决策工作台,不是实验室检测系统、ERP 或完整配方软件,也不替代企业正式配方审批和生产质量管理流程。

2. 数据差异

同名原料在不同国家、数据库、工艺和规格下可能存在明显差异。跨数据库比较时,应同时查看英文原名、recordId、规格、加工方式和营养组成。

3. 本批净能预测

系统预测适合早期筛选与试算,核心预测结果为猪净能。CF、淀粉、NDF、ADF 等辅助模型参数不等同实验室检测;已有可靠化验值、企业定值或供应商正式检测结果时,应优先使用更可靠数据。

4. 采购与成本结果

采购价值和配方成本试算反映当前输入条件下的数学结果。原料价格、营养波动、最低/最高用量、氨基酸平衡、加工性能、适口性、霉菌毒素及实际生产约束仍需由专业人员综合判断。

5. 数据问题

如果发现中文名称、国外对应关系、规格或营养数据存在疑问,可使用营养速查中的“发现名称或数据问题?”生成标准化反馈。

Usage Notice

Scope and limits of Feedy database references, batch net-energy estimates, value assessment and cost testing.

1. Product positioning

Feedy is a pig feed ingredient decision workbench. It is not a laboratory testing system, ERP or full formulation package, and it does not replace formal company formulation approval or production quality-management processes.

2. Database differences

The same ingredient name can represent materially different products across countries, databases, processing methods and specifications. Cross-database comparison should therefore consider the original English name, record ID, specification, processing method and nutrient composition together.

3. Batch net-energy estimates

Model estimates support early screening and what-if analysis, with pig net energy as the primary predicted result. Supporting CF, starch, NDF and ADF estimates are not laboratory measurements. Reliable analytical results, internal company values or formal supplier test results should take priority when available.

4. Procurement and cost outputs

Value and cost-optimisation results reflect the current inputs and mathematical constraints. Price volatility, nutrient variability, inclusion limits, amino-acid balance, processing behaviour, palatability, mycotoxins and real production constraints still require professional judgement.

5. Data issues

If a Chinese name, foreign-equivalence note, specification or nutrient value appears questionable, use the “Found a naming or data issue?” workflow in Nutrient Lookup to generate structured feedback.
